EQi 2.0® Assessment & Coaching The Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i 2.0) is the world’s leading assessment tool used for assessing emotional and social intelligence and an excellent way to understand the emotional competencies of an individual. It is a ‘self-rater’ instrument.
EQ 360 Assessment & Coaching The Emotional Quotient 360 (EQ 360) is an emotional intelligence assessment that allows leaders to receive feed back from peers, managers, direct reports, and others on how they leverage their emotional intelligence. It offers clear alignment with the EQ-i 2.0: automated set-up, condensed report output, enhanced report appearance, and detailed interpretation.
The EQ-i 2.0® and EQ 360 provide you with a picture of how you operate emotionally, your areas of strength and potential areas for development. There are many ways to develop your EQ competencies and working with a coach will help you leverage your strengths and balance your skills.
The assessment tool is delivered online, using a secure site and involves responding to 133 statements, taking approximately twenty minutes to complete. Once completed, there are two report types to choose from: the Workplace Report and the Leadership Report, each providing scores in 15 competencies, grouped into 5 composite skills: Self-Perception, Self-Expression, Interpersonal, Decision Making and Stress Management.
The reports you and your team receive provide a detailed analysis of your results, these results are then debriefed with a certified coach. Assessment and coaching packages starting at $250.
